The putty roller is made of 240mm large-diameter roller, the roller surface is chrome-plated, andtheouter circle is precision machined by CNC grinding machine. The configuration of imported materials strong tough scraper, adjusted by the reducer, high precision. The conveyor belt is a 4mm anti-skid belt for imported materials, which is resistant to solvents andprevents the phenomenon of delamination. Adopting high-end Schneider series controllers and actuators, effectively ensuring the stability andreliability of the equipment, smooth operation, fast speed, and high safety; 7-inch vinylon touch screen, Schneider brand inverters, contactors, and other low-voltage electrical components: Chint series andothers.
The three modes of manual, locked and automatic can be switched freely. In the automatic mode, thepanel button can start and stop with one button, without the need for workers to operate the touch screen. The whole machine is equipped with 6 sets of Miread turbine worm gear motors, 3 sets of Haoxinhorizontal motors, single pump, single funnel, double oil tank and double round heating barrel.
